Description
The running technique appetizer.
Short intro into the biomechanical and anatomical theory of
efficient running - also known as natural running -
followed by practical execution using simple but
effective technique drills
Rough corrections during practical part.
All technique drills you learn during the workshop will become your home work for the following months. It will be up to you to automise what you learned. It will also be up to use to work on your full body strength which is the prerequisite to improve your technique.
You do not have to be fit to participate in this workshop. .
Target group is anybody who wants to start running,
become faster without training more and / or
put less orthopedic strain on your body while running.

Full body muscle ache.
Content
approx. 15% theory, 25% video analysis, 60% practical exercises.

Prerequisites:
Base fitness and strength level: running 8km at a time should not be a problem. The workshop will be exhausting, while not overtaxing or undertaxing anyone.
Having done lane 1.0 before is recommended but not mandatory.
