FLIGHT PHASES Obergazelle Larissa discovered mountaineering for herself since she lived in Switzerland. High up in the mountains, she finds the work-life balance to the 24/7/365 job of a multiple entrepreneur and also keeps on being effective and time-efficient Art her full body fitness level high. Whether cross-country skiing, ski touring or Mountain hiking: there is no better place to switch off and gather strength and ideas than in the Swiss mountains.
A visit from an old childhood friend from the USA at Easter 2018
From summer 2018 there will be weekend mountain sports courses for small groups in the Swiss Alps at irregular intervals under the direction of 1-2 trained mountain guides. The courses will include the following topics: Ski touring - beginners or Advanced - as well as mountaineering for beginners or advanced.
Karen Bockel - 1 of only 12 female mountain guides in the USA - will lead every mountain sports seminar. The international mountain guide training lasts at least 5 years and is suitable for its level of difficulty famous notorious. Less than 1% of all mountain guides worldwide are female.

EXPERIENCE & FITNESS
no experience in the mountains is required for this. A certain basic level of fitness should be available in order to be able to conquer more than 1000m altitude difference in one day without any problems on foot.
